At Zoozoz, we want you and your furry friends to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@zoozoz.com.

  • Please provide your Order Number and a photo of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.

  • Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Zoozoz will cover the return shipping costs or provide a full replacement at no extra charge.

  • Change of Mind: For returns due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size selected, no longer needed), the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
